Siren Fitness (Sea Nymph)  Ages 18 and up

 

Siren fitness is a 60-minute program designed to gracefully sculpt and stretch your body by practicing simple movements and breath holds. Sea Shelley will offer instruction and tips to balance a full-body workout with breathing techniques to ease stress and increase oxygen flow to your brain. Skills learned during this workout will center your spirit and help you to manage stress and energy levels throughout the day. Siren Fitness is low resistance and fully modifiable for your level of fitness.

 

The program includes: 

  1. Safety

  2. Stretching

  3. Core Building/Strengthening 

  4. Swimming

  5. Body Awareness 

  6. Breathing and Breath Holds

 

This program does not require special equipment. However, Sea Shelley recommends a mermaid Linden Monofin for the full sea nymph experience. Linden monofin offers a comfortable experience and superior water dynamic capabilities (spinning and movement is far simpler and more fun).
